We engaged Beverly Piccone as our seller’s agent for the sale of our existing home, after we had purchased our new home, non-contingent on the sale of our existing home. It was an anxious time because the “hot” real estate market had cooled off quite a bit. Beverly Piccone is the epitome of a professional realtor. We began working with Beverly as our buyer’s agent in late March of 2022, to help us learn what was available in the luxury condominium market. Over the course of the next 3 months, she patiently showed us unit after unit in an attempt to help us hone in on what were essential features to us and what we could “live with” even if not perfect. We were not easily-satisfied buyers. During all this time, we were never asked to sign any buyer’s agent agreement. I don't have enough words of praise for Beverly Piccone. She just helped me buy a condo in the Kalorama historic district in Washington, DC. I first met her 25 years ago when she was the listing agent for a house I bought in Maryland. I remember how impressed I was then with her professionalism and graciousness.
